Abstract
Systemic sclerosis (SSc) is a multisystem autoimmune disease with near-universal cardiopulmonary involvement. Delayed VO2 recovery measured by cardiopulmonary exercise testing (CPET) is a biomarker of disease severity in heart failure but has not been investigated in SSc.
